Our client in the hospitality industry is looking to add a Human Resources professional to their team near Vista, CA. You will help lead the Human Resources department and play an integral role in shaping the organization’s HR strategies, with a focus on excellence, service integrity, and accountability. Our client is looking for an HR professional with at least one (1) year of hospitality industry experience, with a high level of expertise on recruitment and hiring, performance management and employee relations, and with a strong understanding of federal and California state employment laws and regulations. To be successful in this role, you must possess strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, to effectively navigate and mediate disciplinary conversations and manage any potential investigations.
