Our client in the professional services industry is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to add to their team in Brooklyn, NY. Once you have fully assimilated into this position (usually about 6 months), you will have work-from-home flexibility a few times per week. Our client is looking for a candidate who has a strong employee relations background that can be leveraged to support and guide their field workers across multiple states. Our client is looking for an HR professional who is comfortable working across all positions since your focus will be on non-exempt employees. Additionally, Spanish and English fluency is also a must to be chosen for this role. Although you will have support from their operations team and outside HR consultants, you will be their sole HR team member. If you are looking for a role where you are focusing on more big-picture action items with fewer administrative tasks, this might not be the right fit.
