Our client in the HVAC manufacturing industry is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to add to their team in Augusta, GA. Working closely with the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily HR operations such as onboarding, benefits coordination, and paperwork management and provide support to the Process Specialist on safety procedures. To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of Human Resources experience and be able to hit the ground running to help the department standardize and grow.
