Our client is looking for a technology and process-oriented HRIS Manager to add to their team in Midtown Manhattan. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s HR operating systems and processes are fit for present and future operations. You will work closely with the Payroll and Benefits team as well as the People Operations team across several areas such as compensation process, system interface management, HR Analytics, business process design, end user experience, and rewards and recognition programs. To be successful in this role, you must have an experience with statutory HR reporting for small to medium size enterprises in an information system or comp and ben capacity. Prior experience doing HRIS transition from RFP to scoping and selecting and implementing is extremely helpful. You will be a thought partner on how this should look for the future and you will be asked to contribute your suggestions and guidance.
