HR and Learning Manager

Our non-profit client is looking for a Human Resources Manager to add to their team in Addison, TX. You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient human resource and HR training services aligned with departmental and organizational strategic goals. Reporting directly to the nonprofit’s VP of HR, you will receive exceptional support and resources as you acclimate to your new role and beyond. For the initial training period, you will work most days in the Addison office before transitioning to a hybrid schedule (30 days or so depending on your comfort level.) You will also on occasion travel to the organization’s two out-of-state satellite offices (this will be infrequent.) You will not be managing a team but will be giving training and direction to the organization’s leaders in matters of HR regulations and best practices.
