Our client in the banking industry is looking for an HR Administrator to add to their team in Frankfort or Carmel, IN. You will be responsible for ensuring that payroll is completed timely and accurate every other week. You will be trained to serve as the primary administrator of all HR systems, HRIS / Payroll system, benefits enrollment system, and Performance Management and Compensation systems, and act as the liaison with the benefits providers. To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience with payroll and benefits administration.
