Our client in the facilities management industry is looking for an engaging and collaborative HR Administrator to add to their team in northeast Philadelphia, PA. This is primarily an in-office position but does allow the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compensation analysis, special projects, and management of the Internship Program. The ideal candidate will have prior professional experience in an HR Department and is able to bring their areas of expertise to the role and is also eager to expand their skillset and knowledgebase. To be successful, you must be thoughtful, well-organized, and able to present ideas to Senior Leadership while advocating for initiatives and HR best practices.
