Our client in the IT and Managed Services industry is looking for a Help Desk Technician to add to their team in Philadelphia, PA. You will provide infrastructure technical support to external clients while working closely with the leadership team to troubleshoot and optimize operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a small, team-oriented environment, have at least two years of related experience, and have strong knowledge of Windows 10 support skills. Note: This position offers a hybrid schedule after training is completed (30-90 days).
