Our client is looking for a U.S. Head of Operations to join their team. In this role, you will lead and optimize the U.S. Sales & Distribution Center. This role will initially focus on strengthening operational performance, including logistics, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and inside sales support. 

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with a clear path to full P&L responsibility. You will stabilize and scale operations, improve service, and step into a broader business leadership role as the U.S. operations expand. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who thrives in a high-reliability, regulated environment and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build structure, implement systems, and drive results in a relatively unstructured setting. This role offers significant visibility within a global organization and the opportunity to shape the future of the U.S. business.
