Our client in the transportation industry is looking for a General Manager to add to their team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership, growth, and positive office culture of a logistics center and oversee a current team of seven Sales professionals, with the intention to significantly expand the team size in the near future. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader that is excited about the immense growth potential of this opportunity and have a background in freight brokerage OTR (over the road) logistics. You will have proven leadership abilities to set processes, develop talent, and monitor performance. Prior sales or flatbed experience is preferred but not required. To be successful, you must be very hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, excel at problem-solving, and be highly organized.
