Food Production Shift Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Our client in the food-manufacturing industry is looking for two Shift Supervisors – 1st and 3rd Shifts – to add to their team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead 15-25 union production employees across a fast-paced, high-volume snack food manufacturing environment – 500 million packages per year across 3 facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, supervising plant employees, and ensuring production, quality, safety, and customer delivery goals are achieved. This is a floor-first role: 90% of your day is on the production floor walking lines, monitoring equipment, supporting operators, and solving problems in real time. Our client promotes from within — 95% of their management team started on the floor — and this role is a genuine steppingstone into plant leadership for the right candidate.
