Our client in the facilities management industry is looking for a Fleet Manager to add to their team in Northeast Philadelphia, near Buck’s County, PA. In this role, you will oversee the management of a diverse fleet of 500 vehicles comprised of trucks, tractor-trailers, cranes, forklifts, and passenger vehicles. You will lead a team of eight direct reports, including technicians, mechanics, and administrative professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of fleet management experience, including heavy machinery, and be knowledgeable in utilizing fleet software to streamline operations. Prior experience with cranes is preferred but not required. To be successful, you must be an excellent problem-solver, very team-oriented, proactive, and focused on using technology.
