Our client in the landscape design and maintenance industry is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join their Mid-Atlantic team based in Fairfax, VA or Ruther Glen, VA, - whichever you are closest to. In this role, you will visit multiple locations of their client’s chain in the Mid-Atlantic region to ensure landscaping and maintenance has been completed by subcontractors according to quality and safety standards. With a focus on client interaction and subcontractor oversight, this position is ideal for a self-led person with a knack for organization and communication who has experience running a landscaping crew who desires to step up their career with a large commercial landscaping and maintenance company. This role requires a lot of windshield time, but offers a secure position with continuous growth, the real potential for leadership advancement, and the opportunity to shape the position.
