Our client in the power solutions industry is looking for a Field Service Load Tap Changer (LTC) Specialist to add to their remote team. In this role, you will support the repair, rebuilding, troubleshooting, and modernization of utility-scale power transformer load tap changers in field and manufacturing environments. This position is a mix of field work, R&D support at the manufacturing facility, and remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with vacuum and conventional LTC technologies, proficiency using transformer testing equipment, and the ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings. To be successful, you must possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities and a commitment to safety in high-voltage environments.
