Field Service Engineer (Agilent LC/MS/MS)

Our client in the laboratory services industry is looking for a Field Service Engineer to add to their team in the Boston and Cambridge metropolitan areas. In this role, you will service analytical laboratory equipment in the New England territory with a heavy focus on the greater Boston area but will also include NH & ME and a handful of customers in CT, RI, & NY. The ideal candidate will have troubleshooting experience as a Service Engineer with Agilent analytical lab instrumentation, including LC/MS/MS and HPLC. To be successful in this client-facing role, you must have strong communication and organizational skills coupled with the ability to identify equipment issues and resolutions.
