Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Remote Director of Tax to add to their growing team. Since starting in 2016, they have doubled their business every year with 600 clients who are small business owners. They provide full CFO services and have added this position to scale up their tax practices. They are looking for a strong leader who will completely own their tax division ultimately helping them take their business to the next level. Your primary role will be leading the design of their tax planning advisory work. They are looking for someone with a wealth of public accounting experience who will set the right processes, execute, and develop as well as track metrics that evaluate the performance of this division. Although your focus will skew toward long-term objectives, they are still looking for a candidate who will roll up their sleeves and perform reviews as well as manage a small portfolio of their largest clients. Additionally, you will be presenting during webinars to internal and external clients so you must be a dynamic speaker comfortable being one of the faces of the company. Whether you have experience working with small business owners or want more out of your career than working with large hedge fund accounts.
