Our client is looking for a Director of Strategic Planning and Recruitment to join their growing, culture-focused team in Cincinnati, OH. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and increasing their team and its capacity while creating measurables deliverables to drive accountability and company objectives. Ideal candidates will have a hands-on approach to spearheading new initiatives with a strong background in recruiting and retention coupled with a minimum of five years of operations experience.
