You will lead and manage the talent acquisition team and processes for revenue-generating and revenue-support positions. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. You need a dynamic approach, strong leadership capabilities, and a knack for strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment to excel. Ideal candidates will have excellent department management experience overseeing direct reports and experience in legal or professional services recruiting.
