Our client in the consulting and advisory industry is looking for a Remote HR Business Partner to add to their Team. You’ll join this company of 50 to lead the translation of business vision and strategy into talent management plans. This role lives at the intersection of daily HR oversight and long-term strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and talent assessment. Acting as the heartbeat of the organization, you’ll work to align employee and business needs while driving a culture of innovation and efficiency that complements transformation objectives. Most of your time will be spent influencing internal processes but you will also play a critical role in delivering content to their external stakeholders. You’ll be looked to as a strategic advisor on employee relations authoring resources that impact talent acquisition and retention strategies. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and leading daily HR needs but wants to play an integral role in the overall cadence of an organization. However, if you enjoy a bit more structure and routine and less of an entrepreneurial style of environment, this would not be a good fit.
