Our client, Lancer Transportation & Logistics, is looking for an HR Director to join their Team in Springfield, MA. Whether you’ve led an HR department before or are looking to take the next step in your career, this is a great fit for someone who wants to act as the heartbeat of an organization while overseeing both short and long-term people management initiatives. You’ll be taking over from their HR Leader who has been with them for almost 15 years. In that time, she’s cultivated such a genuine, warm, and operationally effective culture that has resulted in unbelievable retention (12 years is their employee average with almost 100 employees!). If you pride yourself on your ability to balance patience and approachability with tactical execution, don’t miss your chance to be a key piece in our client’s future. After all, this is a rare opportunity in HR where there are no cultural pain points to address. That’s not to say you won’t play an integral role in continuous improvement. For example, you’ll be tasked with creating better documentation while automating more labor-intensive processes such as talent acquisition and onboarding.
