Our client in the software development industry is looking for a Director of Customer Success to add to their team in the United States. Reporting to the CEO, you will be the main point of contact for customers post-implementation, responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention and leading the customer success team to accurately and quickly resolve any customer issues. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and time management and has some management experience in their background.
