Department Manager - Air Quality Monitoring/Measurements

Our client in the environmental consulting industry is looking for a Department Manager to add to their team. You have the option to be based out of our client’s Northern or Southern California office and will have the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week. Reporting directly to the President of a rapidly growing firm, you will be in a role with high visibility and high impact. You will use your strong problem-solving and communication skills to effectively manage the department and the high-value projects that fall within your team’s responsibility. While work day-to-day will vary, days will often involve meetings (both internal and external), technical work (reports – drafting, reviewing, etc.), and focus on project performance and budget. You will frequently engage with degreed individuals (Masters & PhDs) who are passionate about the environment.
