This is a dual role with about 70% of your time in more of a customer service capacity with the balance of your time on A/R and collections. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and text messages with customers looking to schedule service appointments or making general inquiries. Since you will serve as the bridge between customers and their field technicians, this role requires strong attention to detail and organization. Whether you have A/R experience or are excited to expand your skillset, this would be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having more versatility in their day. While you will support collections, this is not a challenging environment where you will be reaching out to tough customers to handle balance disputes.
