Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to their inbound team based in Salt Lake City, UT. You will be responsible for helping retail insurance producers across the country write, retain, and service the policies available through our client. To be successful in this role, you must be naturally curious about understanding and solving problems, and have an aptitude for diffusing complex situations. Our client is looking for an individual with 2+ years of experience with inbound customer service support and a desire to stay and grow with the company.
