Our client in the mobility & accessibility industry is looking for a compassionate Customer Service Representative to add to their inbound sales team near Hillsborough Township, NJ. This is a remote position, but you will be expected to come into the office for the first 30-90 days for training. Reporting to the easy-going, supportive General Manager, you will be responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service over the phone. Duties include following up on inbound leads, gathering customer requirements, providing quotes, and coordinating installation and service visits in collaboration with team members.
