Our client in the nonprofit marketing industry is looking for a Creative Director to support their award-winning team in Lincoln Park, NJ. As manager of the creative department, you will be responsible for partnering with client services to determine strategy, establishing and communicating direction to a team of writers and designers, and managing multiple time-sensitive projects to ensure success. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding not only of design for direct response marketing, but also the distinctive challenges facing nonprofits today. Our client needs an individual with 5+ years of experience in a creative director role, either with an agency or in the nonprofit sector, and demonstrated success with integrated marketing campaigns. Though this role offers some WFH flexibility, you’ll need to plan on traveling to the office 2-3 days per week.
