As the Core Lab Manager at Michigan State University's affiliated lab, you will lead the daily operations and provide technical direction for a dedicated team of 15+ laboratory personnel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. To qualify, you should have a minimum of three years of clinical laboratory experience, ASCP certification, and a proven background in a supervisory role.
