Our client in the environmental consulting industry is looking for a well-organized Contract Administrator to add to their team near Santa Rosa, CA. This role can be hybrid or fully remote, with the requirement that candidate is located within the Pacific Standard Time zone. In this position, you will manage the life cycle of project contracts and be responsible for close-outs, extensions, renewals, term reviews, and troubleshooting issues. Our client is looking for a deadline-focused Contract Administrator who is extremely detail-oriented and can maintain a high level of accuracy with all contract records and documentation. Contract experience related to intellectual property (i.e. trademarks or patents) or insurance coverage (i.e. professional, umbrella, or equipment) is preferred but not required. To be successful in this role, you must show strong initiative and be able to prioritize tasks effectively while working on several projects simultaneously.
