Our client, a rapidly growing contractor in the Atlanta area, is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team in Marietta, GA. Reporting to the CEO, this is a pivotal project-focused, financial analysis-driven accounting role; you will support job cost tracking, WIP reporting and analysis, and month-end close activities. You’ll work closely with department managers and leadership to help scale accounting operations and bring financial clarity to projects. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong initiative and ownership mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies proactively. This is a growth-focused opportunity with potential to evolve into a leadership position over time.
