Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Compounding Production Supervisor to add to their team in Gwinnett County, GA. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership in a high-volume liquid batch manufacturing operation, ensuring products are produced safely, accurately, and according to established formulas and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience within liquid batch manufacturing or fluid compounding environments such as chemical, beverage, personal care, industrial cleaners, paint, or similar industries. To be successful, you must be highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable leading by example while spending the majority of your time on the production floor.
