Our client, a commercial services company, is looking to bring on a Customer Service Rep to join their team in Oak Park, MI. In this position, you’ll support the sales team with administrative tasks and help manage and distribute incoming leads, so prior experience supporting a sales team is important. They’re also looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in being a key part of the customer’s experience. With a team member retiring, there will be time to learn the role alongside her before taking it over.
