Client/Sales Support Specialist

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client/Sales Support Specialist to add to their growing team near Waltham, Massachusetts. You will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to the Sales team, including keeping track of sales leads, creating quotes, proposal follow-up, and coordinating meetings/trade shows. The ideal candidate is very customer-focused with excellent written/oral communication skills and has prior experience providing sales or administrative support. Experience in a science-related industry is a plus but not required. To be successful, you must be well organized, computer savvy, and work independently.
