Client Services Liaison

Our client, who provides software and service solutions to the life sciences industry, is looking for a fully remote Client Services Liaison to add to their team in the United States. You will be responsible for documenting and facilitating fulfillment of customer requests, conducting training for customers and end-users of the system, and troubleshooting any technical issues with support from internal SMEs. Our client is looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in software services or another technical field. Ideal candidates will also have been successful with remote work and prefer a fast-paced environment.
