Our client in the life sciences industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to their team in Gaithersburg, MD.This is an in-office position.Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries while providing recommendations on their service offerings to support the securement of new business. To be chosen for this role, you must have three years of customer service or sales experience with a patient, consultative approach to guiding clients. Because you will be corresponding with prospects to promote their services, an upbeat, charismatic attitude is a must.
