Their team offers data services and software that enables their clients to comply with evolving international environment regulations. You will be the liaison between clients and the data team to ensure each project is completed within the expected scope of work as well as budget. Our client is looking for a candidate who has at least one year or project management experience with a background managing external clients. They are open to any industry background because they understand their specific subject matter can be taught. They are much more focused on finding a proactive, well-organized, agile team member who can easily pivot when the needs of a project change. Since you will serve as each client’s primary contact to see these projects through, they are looking for someone who is comfortable running meetings and enjoys coming up with creative solutions to ensure project deliverables are executed. [Remote] Client Manager Responsibilities • Communicate with customers to understand their expectations and define project roadmap • Document clear and measurable business process and project requirements • Service as each client’s compliance manager and provide guidance on reporting objectives • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources • Delegate assignments, provide coaching, and ensure expectations are clear within project team • Run client meetings and resolve any questions or concerns regarding each project • Prioritize development tasks by data-driven decisions while delivering timely results • Identify and cultivate relationships with clients, key partners, and stakeholders • Act as the primary contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction and account retention [Remote] Client Manager Qualifications • 1+ years of project management experience required • Sales and/or client-facing experience required • Computer savvy and proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) required • Willingness to collaborate with global teams outside typical work hours when needed
