Our client in the strategic communications industry is looking for a Client Account Lead to add to their team in Lincoln, NJ. You will be responsible for facilitating customer projects from start to finish, owning the relationship and day-to-day planning for creative and production efforts in support of overarching strategy. Our client is looking for an individual with 3+ years experience in account management, customer service, and/or project management. To be successful in this role, you’ll also need strong working knowledge of the creative process and digital communication strategy.
