Our client is looking for a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join their growing firm in Garland, TX. You will be responsible for overseeing cases from beginning to end, handling court appearances and depositions, and working closely with the team on legal projects while managing clients. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six years of defense litigation experience with concentration in insurance defense as well as experience utilizing electronic auditing systems such as Bottomline. To thrive in this role, you must set up case for strategic advantages and be aggressive in seeing the benefits of expanding your abilities.
