Our client, a family owned, privately held marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager with HR oversight to join their team in Lincoln Park, NJ. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for managing financial operations and human resources functions, ensuring integrity of accounting information, regulatory compliance, and analysis of reports for the company; you will also oversee the day-to-day needs for office operations, and will be an active member of the management team, contributing to the overall strategy of the company. Our client is looking for someone with prior hands-on accounting experience in a small business, where it is common to wear multiple, and sometimes undefined, hats, who is savvy with Excel, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
