Building Operations and Service Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Our client in the facilities services industry is looking for a Building Operations and Service Manager to add to their team, based out of New York City and supporting service contracts in the five boroughs. You will be responsible for assisting customers with questions regarding job specs and schedule, creating the cleaning plan, and managing the service team to deliver services accordingly. Our client needs an individual with 2+ years of experience in janitorial/building operations services, as well as a proven track record of leadership and ability to create, build and motivate teams. To be successful in this role, you must also be conversational in Spanish/English and comfortable supporting service contracts/customers at non-conventional hours.
