Our banking client is looking for a Bank Branch Manager to add to their new team in Westfield, IN, and be part of the opening of their new branch. You will be responsible for managing aspects of a retail banking center, including, generating business growth through sales initiatives and the development of the branch associates, as well as developing business by establishing and maintaining sound relationships with existing and potential consumer customers. To be successful in this role, you must be an experienced manager or supervisor in the banking industry. Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to serve clients, possess good judgment with respect to assessing the client’s personal character, good sales skills, and the ability to develop business.
