Our client, in the back-office software industry, is looking for a SaaS Programmer to add to their team in Newport News, VA. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for helping to plan, design, write, test, debug, maintain and deliver business applications and components while helping scale their desktop applications to the web, suitable for a large number of users. Our client is looking for a C#,.NET, MVC SaaS programmer, with strong Microsoft SQL database experience, specifically optimizing queries, table structures, indexes, data archiving, and database configuration; one who has worked in a high-transaction environment and knows how to find bottlenecks, to support a high-transaction environment. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work well independently and as part of a team with effective communication, as well as willing to learn front-end skills to become a well-rounded full-stack developer.
