Associate Counsel

Our client in the insurance industry is looking for an Associate Counsel to add to their in-house legal team. In this fully remote role, you will provide legal support and research to the sales team and other departments, including document preparation/review, research, investigations, and fact-checking. Our client is looking for a lawyer with a strong contracting background who is committed to producing accurate work and exhibits excellent analytical/problem-solving skills. Prior experience in the property or casualty insurance industry is preferred but is not required. To be successful in this role, you must enjoy identifying creative solutions to legal challenges that arise and conducting contract reviews. This position will not involve much litigation (~20% or less).
