Our client, a boutique firm specializing in a variety of complex commercial litigation issues, is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their firm located near Troy, MI. You will be responsible for supporting cases from beginning to end including taking depositions, preparing motions, and serving as a second chair during trials. Although they are a smaller firm, they go up against the biggest players in town so you will have exposure to a variety of cases with  opportunities to go to trial. Most of their partners have come from bigger firms and consciously decided to cultivate and nurture a different environment. Their Managing Partner shared, “We like to believe we’ve created a safe space where we are allies for each other and that’s number one.” Although this line of work is inherently stressful, our client has made it a point to lead their firm in a way that champions respect and harmonious partnerships.
