Area Operations Manager

Our client in the facilities services industry is looking for an Area Operations Manager to add to their team in Anaheim, CA. You will be responsible for overseeing all field operations personnel (~25 crew members) and activities to ensure the quality of services being provided throughout the western region (AZ, NV, CA, OR, WA). A majority of your time will be spent in the office on administrative duties and the rest of the time will be spent in the field checking in at jobsites. Our client is looking for someone with at least two (2) years of operations and team management experience, with excellent communication skills and high level of attention to detail. To be successful in this role, you must be a servant leader, making the time to be available to your crew and have the flexibility to travel as needed.
