Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to their team in Raleigh, NC. You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation in day-to-day business, while greeting and communicating with customers and prospects. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in administrative support, who is detail-oriented, with strong communication and enjoys interacting with others on a regular basis. Experience in the financial industry or related, is preferred but not required. To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, detailed and accurate, with the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
