Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Our client in the facilities management industry is looking for a relationship-focused Accounts Receivable Coordinator to add to their team in Northeast Philadelphia, near Buck’s County, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receivables for your assigned B2B accounts, collaborating with sales on past-due invoices, administrative tasks, and completing collections outreach. This is primarily an in-office position, but you will have the flexibility to work from home one day per week (not a set schedule). The ideal candidate will have prior accounting or collections experience and will be highly organized, personable, and detail oriented. To be successful, you must enjoy working cross-functionally with both internal and external teams, and exhibit a high level of patience and relationship building throughout the collections process.
