Our client in the facilities services industry is looking for an Accounting Specialist to add to their team in Winchester, MA. Reporting to the Director of Administration, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Our client is looking for someone with at least two years of bookkeeping experience with at least two years of experience using QuickBooks or related software. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, natural problem solvers, with an impeccable attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to be a key player in the finance department, and ultimately growing into a more senior position.
