Accounting Manager, Multi Entity

Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager (Multi Entity) to add to their team near Lansing, MI. In this role, you will own day-to-day accounting across multiple standalone entities (no complex consolidations), keeping the books current and organized, including month-end close, reconciliations, general ledger activity, and ownership reporting while overseeing a small AR/AP support team. Our client is looking for someone with at least five years of full-cycle accounting experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, preferably involving multiple entities or locations. To be successful in the role, you must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with different stakeholders across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll both execute the accounting work and oversee a small team – ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the work while leading others.
