Our client in the office equipment and storage industry is currently seeking an Accounting Associate to join their small, but rapidly expanding team in Suffolk, Virginia. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting monthly bank reconciliations, overseeing vendors, and processing payroll. Working alongside a small office administration team, the Bookkeeper will be expected to ensure the accuracy of vendor invoices and effectively manage government entity billing complexities.  This position offers remarkable autonomy, allowing for self-motivation and resourcefulness to thrive.
