Our client is looking for an Account Manager to add to their team in Windsor, CT. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for your customer accounts. You will ensure they receive proper service, handle any issues, and manage the month-end invoices for each customer. Our client is looking for someone with a customer/ account management background who can quickly learn new processes and systems. To be successful in the role, you must possess great customer service skills, be able to juggle multiple accounts and be a strong team player.
